What we collect
- Email address - used for authentication and billing only.
- Audio recordings - sent securely to AIType Cloud for transcription, then immediately discarded. We do not store audio.
- Transcribed text - optionally sent to OpenAI for AI Cleanup. We do not store your text on our servers.
- Usage metadata - anonymous counters (e.g. number of transcriptions) for billing and abuse prevention.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't store your voice recordings.
- We don't retain dictated text on our servers after processing.
- We don't use your data to train AI models.
